This tastes just like pumpkin pie filling. When I make mine, I use an even mixture of cinnamon, ginger, and cloves because I can't have nutmeg.

15 oz Pumpkin
12 serving Evaporated Milk
5.1 oz Instant Pudding
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Recipe Directions for Quick & Easy Pumpkin Pudding

Mix pudding using evaporated milk according to package directions in a large bowl. Put mixed pudding into fridge for 5 minutes. Add pumpkin and spice; mix well. Put into dessert dishes and refrigerate for 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
