Tender stew beef with carrots, onions, and potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick & Easy Pressured Cooker Stew Beef with Vegetables

80 ounce beef
10 white potatoes, cubed
1 pound carrots, small
1 ounce lipton onion soup mix
2 medium onions, diced
12 cups of water
2 tbsp salt
3 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp sage
1 tbsp cloves
1 tbsp basil
2 tbsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Quick & Easy Pressured Cooker Stew Beef with Vegetables

  1. Trim all the visible fat off of your desired type of beef roast. Rinse.

  2. Season the meat, rub seasoning in. Place meat in pressure cooker, pour in a packet of Lipton's Onion Mushroom soup mix, fill the rest up with water. Cook on high for an hour and a half.

  3. Cube potatoes, cut up carrots, and dice onions place in a bowl.

  4. Place meat and juice in a large bowl, pot, etc.

  5. Place vegetables in pressure cooker and pour the juice off the meat into the pot, cook on high for 30 minutes. I cook the vegetables seperate so they won't be overly mooshy.

  6. Mix the meat and vegetables together, serve over rice or eat alone.
