Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

3 tsp Yeast
1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  2. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in very warm water. Let sit until bubbly.

  3. Stir in flour, salt, and oil (plus any herbs or spices). Let sit 5 min.

  4. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a round. Transfer to greased (or cornmealed) pizza pan.

  5. Top with desired sauce and toppings (not included in calories listed here!)

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 min or until golden brown.
