Simple, tasty meatloaf requiring very little prep time.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick & Easy Meatloaf

1 lb ground beef, 90% lean
30 g (10 crackers) whole wheatRitz crackers
3 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for Quick & Easy Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix ingredients together and form into a loaf.

  3. Bake in shallow baking dish for 55 minuts or until cooked through.

  4. If desired, spread loaf with ketchup and sprinkle with shredded low-fat cheddar cheese for last 10 minutes of baking time.
