This is made with little or no effort and you can spice it up however you want! You could make it more mexican by adding cumin or you could make it more beefy by adding beef bullion or even bisto granuales. I do the latter as I like it to look like beef and this really does!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick and easy meatloaf

1 lb. ground turkey, 97% lean
2 eggs
1/2 cup special k
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Quick and easy meatloaf

mix all ingredients together, making sure that the special k is all crumbly and add your own spices to taste. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
