1 c flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 t fresh mint, chopped
1/4 small minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 T lemon
2 T extra virgin olive oil
25 g bulgur wheat

Recipe Directions for Quick Easy Fresh Tabouleh

  1. Put bulgar wheat in a bowl with double the amount of water and let soak for 20 mins.

  2. Chop the rest of the leafy ingredients and mince the garlic.

  3. Add all the ingredients together, including the bulgur wheat, and mix well.

  4. Serve.
