A quick and easy cornbread recipe. It is as sweet as the cornbread mix you use, but gets a dash of sweetness from the creamed corn.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Easy Cornbread

16 oz Corn Muffin Mix
0.66 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
0.5 cup Corn Cream Style
3 serving Half and Half Fat Free
0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Quick and Easy Cornbread

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray glass pan with cooking spray. Sift corn mixes into large bowl; set aside.

  2. In a second bowl, combine eggs, yogurt, half and half, water, and creamed corn.

  3. Add wet mixture to dry, stirring until just combined.

  4. Bake in prepared pan for 1 hour or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
