Quick and easy. I lowered the fat by replacing half of the protein with ground turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Quick and easy chili

1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
3 oz Ground Turkey
1 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
3 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
0.5 cup, grated Carrots
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Quick and easy chili

  1. Brown meat wtih chopped up onions, tomatoes, carrots and green peppers in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain fat.

  2. Add tomato sauce, black beans and tomato sauce; stir until well blended.

  3. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
