Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Easy Chicken

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 Serving Chicken
6 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
10 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.75 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Quick and Easy Chicken

  1. Saute onion in oil until translucent.

  2. Add chicken, and brown lightly.

  3. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and pepper; mix well. Pour over chicken, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes.
