Oven Bag Recipe; calories do not count onion soup mix

Recipe Ingredients for Quick & Easy Chicken

1 tablespoon flour
1 1/4 cups water
3 medium carrots, cut in chunks
2 medium red potatoes, cut in 1/2?inch wedges
1 medium green bell pepper, cubed
2 pounds chicken breast, boneless, skinless

Recipe Directions for Quick & Easy Chicken

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F.

  2. SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

  3. ADD onion soup mix and water to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Add carrots, potatoes and green pepper to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat ingredients with sauce. Arrange vegetables in an even layer in oven bag. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika. Place chicken in oven bag on top of vegetables.

  4. CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.

  5. BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
