Recipe Ingredients for Quick & Easy Brown Bread (vegan)

8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
6 serving Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Organics All Purpose Flour Unbleached
2 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
8 serving Organic Molasses
0.5 cup Organic Organic Thompson Raisins

Recipe Directions for Quick & Easy Brown Bread (vegan)

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Mix almond or soy milk with vinegar and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. Add almond or soy milk mixture, molasses and raisins. Stir just enough to mix. Batter will be fairly stiff and sticky. Spoon into 5x9 oiled loaf pan and bake for one hour. Remove from pan and place on a rack to cool
