3 avocados
3 cups non-fat milk
1 Salt and Pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Quick and Easy Avocado Soup

  1. Cut up the meat of three avocados

  2. Place avocado in blender with half of the milk

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Pour mixture into bowl and beat in remaining milk

  5. Chill for 6 hours

  6. Serve with garnishes
