Recipe Ingredients for quick and easy alfredo

6 tablespoons Butter
6 ounces Cream cheese
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
1 cup Half and Half
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1/8 teaspoon Ground Black pepper

Recipe Directions for quick and easy alfredo

  1. 1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder.

  2. 2. Stir the mixture with a wire whisk until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.

  3. 3. Stir in Parmesan and pepper.

  4. 4. Remove from heat when sauce becomes thickened to consistency desired.

  5. 5. Continue with use in Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups
