Lasagna-no cooking neccessary for the noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Dirty Lasagna

16 oz whole wheat pasta
16 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
8 oz low fat cottage cheese
16 oz turkey sausage
2 bunches spinach
16 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Quick and Dirty Lasagna

  1. Brown the meat.

  2. Mix 1 jar of tomato sauce with 1 jar of water. Put about a 3rd of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the pan. Put down a layer of noodles. Then put some more sauce. Then put on 1/2 of the cottage cheese, 1/2 of the meat, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Then another layer of noodles. Then the filling. At the end finish up with noodles, sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake on 350 for an hour covered.
