Recipe Ingredients for Quick Dark Chocolate Fudge

3 cups dark chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Quick Dark Chocolate Fudge

  1. Line an 88 pan with tin foil or if you want your fudge to be thicker use a smaller pan.

  2. Combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a pot and mix until melted on low!

  3. This is important or you might end up with burnt chocolate if you melt it on high. It will take time and your arm will feel like it?s going to fall off, but it?s so worth it. You might have to take it off the heat before it is completely melted (with a few chunks of chocolate still visible) just to make sure it doesn?t burn.

  4. After the chocolate mixture has melted take it off the heat and add in the vanilla extract.

  5. Working quickly pour chocolate mixture into the pan and spread out the chocolate to each corner.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 45 min. or you can let it sit on the counter to cool, but I prefer the fridge.

  7. After it has become solid lift it from the pan with the edges of tin foil and cut into squares, rectangles, circles, whatever your heart desires. You can even bite off a corner if you don?t want to cut it.
