Recipe Ingredients for Quick Curry Chicken and Vegetables

8 oz chicken cutlets
1 green bell pepper
1/2 purple onion
1/5 cup of water
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Quick Curry Chicken and Vegetables

  1. cut chicken into bite sized pieces, then, in a small bowl, mix with curry, paprika and garlic salt.

  2. brown chicken in skillet coated in nonstick cooking spray.

  3. add water, veggies and more spices if desired. cover and let the veggies get tender/crisp.

  4. *use more or less spice to taste*
