1/2 cup Blue Agave
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup Milk Powder (Non-Fat Dry)
4 cups Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Quick Crispy Snack Bars

  1. in large saucepan, combine agave, peanut butter and milk powder. cook and stir over low heat until blended.

  2. remove from the heat, stir in cereal. Press in 8-in square dish coated with cooking spray. Let stand until set. Cut into bars.
