Recipe Ingredients for quick crepes

1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for quick crepes

  1. mix batter in blender

  2. let sit an hour

  3. put about an 8th of a cup in a hot crepe pan

  4. swirl batter around bottom edge of pan

  5. flip when edges start to curl

  6. 10 -15 seconds on other side

  7. repeat till batter is gone.

  8. serve with fruit, cream , honey , cream cheese, nuts butter whatever for desert/breakfast.

  9. serve with cream sause and meat or veggie filling for dinner
