this is a quick recipe to serve as a base to any quorn, fakin bacon or pot stickers I want to add later in the week. and I feel like I need more greens so I threw a bunch of broccoli in, although spinach would be good too.

Recipe Ingredients for quick couscous

1 cup couscous
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 oz broccoli
3 cloves of garlic

Recipe Directions for quick couscous

  1. defrost broccoli.

  2. boil water; add oil and garlic.

  3. stir in couscous, cover pot, remove from heat.

  4. after 5 minutes mix in broccoli, replace lid and let set for 5 more minutes.

  5. serve and enjoy!
