Recipe Ingredients for Quick Corn Chowder

2 ounces turkey bacon
1/3 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup carrots
3 cups potatoes
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup water
1 cup chicken broth
16 ounces creamed corn
16 ounces corn
2 cups half and half
2 T. butter
2 potatoes

Recipe Directions for Quick Corn Chowder

  1. Cook bacon, onion, celery, and carrots in saucepan.

  2. Slice potatoes

  3. Add potatoes, water and salt to saucepan.

  4. Cover and cook gently until potatoes are done.

  5. Add corn, cream, butter and heat through. Don't Boil.
