Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chowder

2 T olive oil
2 stalks celery
1 onion
2 potatoes
1/2 c corn, frozen
12 oz cod
1 can clams, chopped
4 c water
1/4 t saffron
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 t parsley
1 c milk
1 T flour

Recipe Directions for Quick Chowder

Saute celery and onion in oil. Add potatoes. Cover with water and bring to a simmer. Add clams with juice. Cod. and the rest of the ingredients. Thicken with milk and flour.
