Quick Easy Chilli. Not the best but in a pinch ....

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chilli

300 g ground turkey
1 can tomato paste
1/2 onion
2 T jalapeno
1/2 c water
3 T chilli powder
1 T cumin
1 salt to taste
1/2 t pepper
2 T corn flour

Recipe Directions for Quick Chilli

  1. Saute onions and peppers.

  2. Add Turkey and brown.

  3. Add chilli powder, cumin salt pepper and tomato paste and stir for a few minutes on medium low heat.

  4. Add 1 cup of water and stir for a few minutes.

  5. Mix corn flour (masa) with 1/4 cup of water and mix.

  6. Add masa mix to chilli and cook until it thickens.

  7. It says .5 cups of water. I just used that to get the weight of the total recipe correct. For the calories to be correct cook the chilli down, or add water, to about 730g total weight.
