Stove top vegetarian chili ready in an hour.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chili

14 1/2 oz pinto beans, canned
14 1/2 oz chopped tomato, canned no salt
1 medium yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1 c TVP
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Quick Chili

  1. Finely chop onion and garlic.

  2. Make in a 2 qt pot. Use Olive oil to saute onion. Add garlic at end of saute, do not burn.

  3. When onions are translucent, add tomatoes and pinto beans, TVP, and 1 C of water. Add chili powder. Simmer 45 minutes.
