Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chili

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
28 oz canned kidney beans
14 oz canned diced tomatoes
1/4 cup refried beans
1 tbsp browning sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick Chili

Saute chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic. Add all the remaining ingredients including liquid from tomatoes and beans plus a small amount of water to thin for simmering. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
