Recipe Ingredients for Quick chicken stir fry w/vegetables, ginger-garlic sauce

15 g canola oil
1 1/2 cup slices Carrots
4 stalks Celery
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
210 g g) cup, (140 g) chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 tbsp Corn Starch
2 cups water
1 oz Regular Soy Sauce
2 oz Sauce
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Quick chicken stir fry w/vegetables, ginger-garlic sauce

  1. Saute crushed garlic and chopped onions in oil until golden.

  2. Add chopped carrots and celery and cook covered until carrots are tender.

  3. Add bite size chicken pieces ginger root,soy sauce, and sliced peppers and mix well over medium heat.

  4. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup water and blend into cooking mixture. Gently stir until thickened.

  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
