Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chicken Stir Fry

3 Thigh Chicken
1 oz Carrots
170 grams Bok Choy
2 clove Garlic
5 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
2 oz Peppers
1 oz Cornflour
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 serving Lite Soy Sauce
3 oz Cashew Nuts
2 1tsp Rice Bran Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Quick Chicken Stir Fry

Fry onions and garlic in hot wok using rice bran oil until translucent, add chicken and cook through. Add remaining vegetables and cook 5-7 minutes. Mix oyster sauce, lite soy and cornflour with 1 cup of water. Pour into wok and stir until thickened. Stir through toasted cashews.
