Recipe Ingredients for quick chicken stir fry

1 pound skinless chicken breast
4 ounces rice noodles, dry
6 ounces carrots
6 ounces broccoli
6 ounces cauliflower
4 ounces onions
4 ounces green beans
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon black bean sauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 pint chicken stock

Recipe Directions for quick chicken stir fry

  1. slice chicken

  2. julienne carrots

  3. dice onions

  4. chop cauliflower and broccoli

  5. stir fry first four ingredients in wok until tender

  6. crumble noodles and add noodles and remaining ingredients to wok

  7. simmer until cooked
