3 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
30 grams Traditional Pasta Sauce
0.5 pita Whole Wheat Pita Pockets Bread
30 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
7.5 grams Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Quick Chicken Parmesan Pita

  1. Heat Chicken Strips in microwave, follow directions on package.

  2. Stir in Spaghetti Sauce. Heat in microwave 15-20 seconds (until sauce is hot)

  3. Stir in Mozzarella Cheese.

  4. Fill half pita pocket with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  5. Serve immediately.
