Simple but hearty and flavorful soup - best for quick cold relief or warm up on a cold day.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chicken Noodle Soup

2 c chicken broth
2 c water
2 T chicken boullion
1/2 c carrots, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
2 garlic cloves, whole, peeled
2 c noodles
1 T onion
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz cooked chicken, shredded

Recipe Directions for Quick Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Add all ingredients into a saucepan, except pasta and chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove garlic cloves (unless you want a surprise).

  2. Bring to boil, add pasta.

  3. Halfway through pasta cooking, add chicken.

  4. Simmer until pasta is done.
