Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chicken Curry

600 g chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2 T. curry powder
1/4 t. cinnamon
2 T. sesame oil
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 c. coconut milk
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick Chicken Curry

Cook chicken on stovetop in oil. Add spices. When browned, add onion & zucchini and saute until soft. Add coconut milk and simmer 5-7 minutes. Toss in basil & bananas at last minute and serve.
