Lightly seasoned ground chicken shaped into patties and browned in a pan. Quick to rustle up.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chicken Burgers

300 g ground chicken
2 g salt
2 g ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 g leek, chopped
1 g ginger, crushed
1/2 tbsp dried parsley
15 g cracker meal
50 ml lowfat milk

Recipe Directions for Quick Chicken Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.

  3. Wet your hands, shape a quarter of the patty mixture into a burger patty, making a dent on one side (prevent the burger from bulging.

  4. Brown well on both sides.

  5. Enjoy in your favourite burger bun or pita bread topped with lettuce, tomato, cucumber/pickles, onion, relish, ketchup.....
