2 cups Broccoli
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Quick Chicken & Broccoli Sautee

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet and chop broccoli and chicken

  2. Sautee chicken a dash of salt & pepper, and seasonings of your choice - I recommend garlic & herb

  3. Before chicken is done, add broccoli and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through

  4. Total time from prep to finish: about 10-15 minutes
