1-pot meal, done in under 30 minutes on side burner of grill.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chicken, Black Beans & Rice

1.5 cup Black Beans
2 cup White Rice
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.75 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
7 oz Premium Chunk Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Quick Chicken, Black Beans & Rice

  1. Rinse beans.

  2. Rinse chicken, then flake with fork.

  3. Chop and brown onions in olive oil in large fry pan with lid.

  4. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  5. Top with Fage Zero and a tsp of grated cheddar.
