Delicious Quick Chickburgers! A non-fattening meal that is sure to please ANYONE.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Chickburgers

1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
16 oz raw All Breast Meat Fresh Ground Turkey
0.33 cup dry Quinoa Flakes

Recipe Directions for Quick Chickburgers

  1. In a bowl, combine egg, onion, mustard, salt, cinnamon, and (optional) pepper sauce. Add meat, stirring with fork to crumble. Add quinoa flakes and mix well. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Heat skillet over medium heat. Mist with oil. Spoon four (4) mounds of meat mixture onto the skillet. Using a spatula, flatten and shape the patties. Cook 8 minutes or until brown. Turn and cook another 8 minutes more, or until no longer pink and nicely brown on exterior. Serve between either 2 pancakes, 2 slices of bread, or just 2 sets of teeth. Enjoy! :)
