Recipe Ingredients for Quick Cajun Shrimp

1 lb large shrimp
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 T butter, salted, very cold
2 T Old Bay Seasoning
1 Cooking spray
1/2 cup broth

Recipe Directions for Quick Cajun Shrimp

  1. In a medium saucepan, saute garlic in cooking spray until fragrant. Add raw, peeled shrimp and Old Bay, cover and allow to steam 3-5 minutes.

  2. Toss shrimp and add broth, cover and steam until shrim are opaque and cooked through.

  3. Remove from heat and add butter. Let sit, covered, until butter melts. Stir and serve over rice w/vegetables.
