Some rice I put together with some leftover veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Brown Rice and Veggies

1/3 cup Brown Rice
2 tsp tahini
1/2 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Quick Brown Rice and Veggies

  1. Add the olive oil to the pan

  2. Cook the egg until it is soft and fluffy, then break it up into smaller pieces

  3. Add the tahini, broccoli, and carrots, sautee lightly.

  4. Add cooked brown rice, cook all until brown.
