Use low-fat bisquick and all eggbeaters for even fewer calories

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Broccoli Quiche

4 eggs
1 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/4 cup bisquick, heart healthy
1/4 cup smart balance, 37% (melted)
1 cup broccoli (steamed)
2 oz low fat cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Quick Broccoli Quiche

  1. Mix eggs, egg beaters and milk together.

  2. Stir in bisquick mix.

  3. Poor in melted margarine and stir well.

  4. Add in finely cut up broccoli.

  5. Mix in 4 oz of the cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, until egg is set.

  7. Sprinkle on remaining 2 oz cheese, let melt, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese melts.
