light and yummy add fat free cottage cheese, low fat shredded cheese etc and it is good to go

4 oz eggwhites
2 oz red pepper
2 oz tomato

Recipe Directions for quick breakfast

  1. dice peppers and toss in a small pan and cook till a bit soft

  2. toss in egg whites and stir them when they start to brown

  3. remove from pan toss in tomatos

  4. add your extras if so desired/
