Recipe Ingredients for quick breakfast burrito

1 whole wheat tortilla
188 g egg beaters
1/10 green pepper
1/10 onion
1/5 roma tomato

Recipe Directions for quick breakfast burrito

saute veggies in small amount of canola oil in non stick pan for 5 mins. then add egg beaters and cook till done. This is better if multiplied and made several servings at once.
