Recipe Ingredients for quick breakfast bars

1 1/4 cup Puffed Millet Cereal
1 cup Regular Rolled Oats
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1 dash cinnamon

Recipe Directions for quick breakfast bars

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.

  2. Melt any nut butter you chose with syrup, pour over dry ingredients. Mix.

  3. Place in pan, chill for about an hour.
