Easy yeast bread that doesn't require kneading.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Bread

6 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 oz Yeast
1 tbsp Salt, Table
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Quick Bread

  1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add 3 cups of water and mix. Dough should be sticky but not wet. If needed, add water in half-cup increments until dough is desired consistency. You can subsistutte up to 3 cups of wheat flour for white flour, but bread will not rise as well.

  2. Let rise for at least 3 hours. Bake loaf on flat sheet for 25 minutes at 375. Add 5-10 minutes for each additional loaf cooked simultaneously.
