Recipe Ingredients for Quick blackbeans and rice

1 cup uncooked long grain rice
14 1/2 oz black beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup chicken breast, shredded
4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
2 cups water
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Quick blackbeans and rice

Cook 1 cup long grain rice in 2 cups water and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Drain and rinse black beans. Add to the rice. Shred chicken and add to rice and beans. Mix well. Add all the spice and garnish with cilantro
