Recipe Ingredients for Quick Black Bean Chili

1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
31 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
16 ounces fat-free refried beans
14 1/2 ounces vegetable broth
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Quick Black Bean Chili

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, peppers, and garlic. Cook and stir 3 minutes. Add black beans, refried beans, broth, lime juice, and cumin; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
