Ground beef stroganoff. Prep time about 15 mins.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Beef Stroganoff

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chives
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 oz mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Quick Beef Stroganoff

  1. Brown beef, onion and butter in skillet, then add remaining ingredients (except sour cream and soup). Saute all together for 5 mins.

  2. Add cream of chicken soup & simmer for 10 mins.

  3. Add sour cream, stir and serve immediately.
