A hearty quick thick soup that is healthy. Add more spice according to taste! Use whatever beans you want!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Bean and Tomato soup

1 small Onions
1 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
3 cloves, raw Garlic
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
260 grams (Goya) pinto beans
0.25 serving Food You Feel Good About Flour
0.25 serving Food You Feel Good About All Purpose Flour
1 serving Chipotle Mini Cubes Seasoning
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 serving Ground Cumin
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Quick Bean and Tomato soup

  1. Dice onions. Saute in EVOO on medium heat.

  2. Chunk to garlic and add after about 5mins

  3. Add the flour, stir quickly. Add a few tablespoons of water to make into a liquid.

  4. Dump in the tomatoes. Add up to 8ounces of water depending on how thick or thin you desire.

  5. Add the beans once they're rinsed.

  6. Start adding the spices to taste. Simmer for 10-20mins.

  7. Serve on its own, or with pasta!
