2 canned bean and yellow corn mix with bulgur wheat and salsa. Served hot or cold

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Bean and Corn Medley

2 cups red kidney beans
2 cups black beans
2 cups corn
3 cups salsa
5 cups bulgur

Recipe Directions for Quick Bean and Corn Medley

Rinse well and drain each of the beans you choose to use being careful to keep them whole. Drain the can of yellow corn and mix with the drained beans in a large bowl. Add the jar of salsa and combine well. In a pot, cook the bulgur in low sodium vegetable or chicken broth. If serving the dish hot, heat a portion of the bean mixture until warmed through. If eating the dish cold, let the bulgur completely cool and mix with the other ingredients.
