Recipe Ingredients for quick bean chile

3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp coriander
5 cloves garlic
2 onions
2 red chili peppers
1 cup tomato paste
2 cups garbanzo beans
2 cups red kidney beans
2 cups pinto beans
1/4 tsp bay leaf
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for quick bean chile

  1. Heat oil and butter. Add onions, chili peppers, ginger, cardamom, ground coriander, and garlic - 7-8 min.

  2. Pour in tomato and add beans and bay leaf. Mix well and simmer 15 min. Stir often so won't stick. Season with SP.

  3. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley and cilantro.
