Recipe Ingredients for quick baked pasta and cheese

4 serving Penne Rigate Enriched Macaroni Product Pasta
2 cup Ragu Smooth Pasta Sauce Traditional
1 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
5 tbsp Cream Cheese Whipped
2 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
1 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for quick baked pasta and cheese

  1. boil pasta according to package directions. drain and set aside.

  2. beat together cream cheese, ricotta, yogurt and egg. add 2 t basil leaves and 1 t garlic powder, stir in parmesan cheese.

  3. place half of sauce in bottom of 9 X 9 square pan. Top with half of pasta. Top with al of cheese mixture.

  4. Finish with other half of pasta and top with sauce. bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes uncovered.
