A low-fat, non-fried version of an Italian favorite

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Baked Chicken and Tomatoes

18 ounces chicken breast (3 chicken breasts)
11 ounces canned stewed tomatoes
10 ounces condensed tomato soup
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Quick Baked Chicken and Tomatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients expect chicken in a bowl with Italian spices, and a bit of cayenne (for added flavour).

  2. Line chicken in an oven-prrof casserole dish.

  3. Pour sauce over top of chicken.

  4. Bake at 350 for approximately an hour an and half.

  5. Serve with pasta or rice.
