200 g Choy Sum
40 g Shiitake Mushrooms
50 g sugar snap peas
40 g spring onions
1 tspn olive oil
1 tspn soy sauce
1 tspn hoisin sauce

Recipe Directions for quick asian stirfry

heat oil in wok, add mushrooms, fry 30 seconds, add Choy sum stalks, snow peas and onions, cook 1 minute, add leaves stir, cover 1 min, add sauces, stir - serve
